One click switching between upper and lower tile types through PLC control panel, without the need to disassemble roller sets or replace molds. The changeover time is shortened from hours to minutes, greatly reducing the downtime loss of order switching.
2.Doubling production capacity and adapting to mass production:
A single device can continuously produce two types of trapezoidal tile shapes (such as 840/900, 1000/960 combinations, etc.), with a theoretical production capacity close to the sum of two single-layer machines, meeting the needs of large-scale engineering and parallel production of multiple orders.
3.Automated continuous production:
integrating the entire process of unwinding, leveling, forming, cutting, and stacking, with a speed of up to 10-15 m/min, reducing manual intervention and improving production continuity and stability.

using 45 # steel precision rollers and Cr12 material cutting blades, combined with servo control and encoder positioning, the tile size error is ≤ 0.5mm, the peaks and valleys are uniform, and the overlap is precise, improving the waterproofing and structural stability of the roof.
