The rolling mill is made of high wear-resistant alloy steel such as Cr12MoV, which has been quenched and finely ground (hardness HRC58-62), and subjected to 12-30 progressive rolling processes. The curvature error of the tile is less than 0.3 °, and the forming accuracy reaches ± 0.1~0.5mm, perfectly replicating the three-dimensional texture and details of traditional glazed tiles.
