The multi-stage adjustable roller design can accurately shape various specifications of square downspouts with side lengths ranging from 50mm to 150mm and wall thicknesses ranging from 0.3mm to 0.8mm. In terms of molding accuracy, the deviation of the finished product's cross-sectional dimensions can be controlled within ± 0.3mm, with uniform wall thickness and regular cross-section, ensuring tight interface fit and excellent drainage sealing.
2.Intelligent PLC Control System
The equipment is equipped with an industrial grade PLC control system and a color touch screen human-machine interface, supporting one click start, parameter setting, and fault diagnosis functions. The operator can preset parameters such as the length of the downspout, cutting length, and forming speed, and the system automatically controls the entire process from unwinding to forming. Multiple specification parameters can be stored in memory, and when changing the mold, only adjusting the forming roller or replacing the dedicated mold is needed, greatly reducing the mold changing time. It can be easily operated by 1 to 2 people.

3.Efficient hydraulic cut-off system
The equipment is equipped with a high-pressure hydraulic cutting system (hydraulic station power of 5.5 kW), combined with an adjustable cutting device, and the cutting length error is controlled within ± 2mm. The finished product has a smooth cut, no burrs, and consistent dimensions. Some models use flying saw cutting method, with a cutting accuracy of ± 1mm. The cutting tools are made of Cr12Mov die steel, with a service life of over 1 million times.
4 .Fully automatic continuous operation
The equipment consists of a unwinding device, a guiding feeding system, a forming host, a cutting device, a PLC control system, and a finished product rack. From metal coil to finished square downspout, the entire process is fully automated - automatic unwinding, precise feeding, continuous forming, cutting to length, and automatic unloading. The molding speed can reach 0-20m/min, supporting 24-hour continuous production, and the annual production capacity easily exceeds 100000 meters.
