The 2 Waves / 3 Waves Highway Guardrail Roll Forming Machine is a continuous cold bending roller press fully automatic production line, specifically used for producing highway guardrail panels. The equipment starts from feeding galvanized steel coils or cold-rolled steel coils, and goes through processes such as automatic unwinding, leveling, servo feeding, hydraulic punching, continuous roll forming, and hydraulic fixed length cutting.

This unit is compatible with producing multiple waveform specifications:

Two wave guardrail board: standard wave height of about 85mm, wave distance of 85mm, board width of 310mm, widely used on both sides of highways and central median.

Three wave guardrail board: The standard wave height is about 85mm, the wave distance is 85mm, and the board width is 506mm. It is mostly used in dangerous road sections, bridges, culverts, or areas with high-level protection requirements.

• Highways and main national highways
Producing two wave and three wave guardrail panels for side protection and median separation of highway mainlines, ramps, and interchanges is the core supply link of road safety facilities.

• Rural roads and county and township roads
Produce lightweight guardrail panels that meet local standards, suitable for life safety protection projects on rural roads and dangerous mountain sections. The equipment is compact in size and has a high input-output ratio.

• Bridge, tunnel and culvert sections
Both sides of bridges and tunnel entrances and exits usually require higher levels of protection, and three wave guardrail panels are widely used in such scenarios. Using a multi pass precision rolling mill set, the forming curve is designed through numerical control simulation to ensure that the dimensional tolerances of the guardrail, such as wave height, wave distance, plate width, and curvature, fully comply with national standards or customer specified standards. The finished board is assembled smoothly after hanging, with beautiful lines and no warping or deformation.

• High one-time molding efficiency and strong production capacity
The entire line integrates punching, cutting, and forming without the need for secondary transportation and processing. The production speed can reach 10-20 meters per minute, far exceeding the efficiency of traditional segmented processing mode, providing reliable guarantee for large-scale guardrail production tasks.
