Equipment Introduction: Smart Production Line from Coil to Finished Product

The L-shaped steel mill is an automated equipment that continuously and gradually bends metal coils such as galvanized sheets and cold-rolled steel coils through multiple cold bending rolls, ultimately producing right angle "L" section profiles.

The entire line consists of a feeding machine, a feeding leveling device, a continuous cold bending forming host, a hydraulic cutting device, a finished product receiving platform, and a PLC intelligent electrical control system. Just input the production parameters, and the equipment can complete the fully automatic process from passive feeding, precise calibration, to roll forming and follow-up cutting, completely bidding farewell to the low efficiency and high loss of traditional stamping angle steel.
