1. High Automation and Easy Operation
The equipment uses a PLC programmable controller. Operators only need to input parameters such as product quantity, length, and punching position on the touchscreen to start fully automatic production with one click. The entire production line achieves full automation from automatic feeding to leveling and feeding, continuous punching, forming, fixed-length cutting, and material collection, greatly reducing reliance on skilled workers.

2. Multiple Specifications per Machine, Flexible Changeover
Through a combined mold design and adjustable roll gap structure, one C-shaped steel machine can produce purlins of various specifications within a width range of 80mm to 300mm. Some advanced models even support a quick changeover system, allowing specifications to be adjusted within one minute via electric buttons, greatly improving the flexibility and adaptability of the production line.

3. High Forming Precision and Stable Quality
Rolls are the core components determining the quality of the finished product. High-quality equipment uses rollers made of GCr15 bearing steel or Cr12 mold steel, processed through multiple processes including forging, heat treatment, precision grinding, and hard chrome plating, achieving a hardness of HRC60 or higher, ensuring dimensional accuracy and surface finish over long-term use. Simultaneously, the leveling device employs nine leveling rollers (five below, four above) to ensure flat strip feeding, resulting in straight finished products with a square cross-section.

4. Integrated punching and cutting, reducing secondary processing
The equipment integrates a hydraulic punching device and a post-forming cutting system, enabling simultaneous bottom single-hole or double-hole punching (common hole types: round holes Φ14mm, Φ16mm, and elongated holes) and stepless fixed-length cutting on the production line. The cutting blades are made of Cr12 mold steel with quenching treatment, offering a long service life and eliminating the need for frequent blade replacements, avoiding the inefficient "form first, punch later" process of traditional methods.

5. Robust structure, durable and reliable
The main frame of the equipment is mostly constructed of 320 I-beams or heavy-duty welded steel, providing strong overall rigidity and stable operation. The transmission system is gearbox driven and equipped with an automatic lubrication system to ensure reliable long-term continuous operation.
