Process flow
1.Material release process

2. Feed correction
The raw materials are adjusted at both ends through a positioning plate to match the feeding width, and then guided by upper and lower circular rollers to ensure a smoother feeding process and precise positioning when entering the forming machine.
3.Roll forming
In the forming host, the raw materials are gradually rolled and formed through rollers with multiple forming passes. 4.Punching (if required)
